Adama chalets offers fully equipped self-catering accommodation for families and small groups of friends, set in the heart of the bushveld inside the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve. Situated only 40kms North of Pretoria, and only a bit more than an hour’s drive from Johannesburg, it is the ideal weekend breakaway destination for unwinding & taking a break from the hustle & bustle of city life.

Our larger, original chalets were built in the traditional manner – with straw and daub, and our newer more intimate chalets are very quaint and have maintained the same adobe style and feel that our guests have come to know over the years for their unique and charming design, with reed ceilings & tin roofs. Our most recently added Teepee tents go beyond expectations of providing a rare and truly unique experience for visitors.
